Programmet börjar med transport från Kiruna, sen fick vi värma kläder, och undervisning om hur kan man köra hundsläde. Sen börjar den cca 2 timmars resa till den underbara naturen. Man kan också se renar i skogen! När vi ankom, avselade och matade hundar, tog fika (te, coffee, kanelbullar), och slutligen klappade sötiga valpar. read less

We had booked an overnight sled tour, but unfortunately there was not enough snow in Kiruna in November (for the first time in human memory). Jordana was quick to reach out to us to make an alternative plan, excellent communication and flexibility. We rebooked to an overnight cart tour, which was great too! We stayed in the teepee at the kennel, and slept underneath reindeer skins (which will keep you super warm no matter the conditions).

What made this trip amazing for us wasn't just the tour, but also the hospitality and the interaction with the dogs. Anna was lovely to hang out with and a great guide to boot. You could also really tell that the people in the company really cared about their dogs, knowing every animal's name, character and quirks and taking very good care of them. They encouraged you to meet and bond with them as well. Meeting two week old pups at the end of our trip was the icing on the cake :) read less

Brilliant experience We did lots of things while we were in Kiruna and Abisko, but the time we spent with Husky Tours... read moreWe did lots of things while we were in Kiruna and Abisko, but the time we spent with Husky Tours Lapland driving the sled and then back at the compound with the dogs was by far the best. My wife and I had a 6 dog team on our sled that just wanted to go all the time, I am sure that they could have kept running for hours. Being well away from Kiruna made it nice as we were on our own in the forest which was great. But for us the highlight of the tour was being with the dogs at the end and feeding them and then unharnessing them and taking them back to their kennels and then getting to see the puppies and interacting with the great team of people working with the dogs. Just brilliant, cant recommend this tour and the company highly enough. read less

We did the 3 day husky trip, left around lunchtime on day 1 for a few hours ride, longer ride day 2 and back by lunchtime day 3. Experienced guide and had a sled and team of 4 dogs each. We were able to get involved with feeding and preparing the dogs which added to the experience. Spent 2 nights in a wilderness lodge with no electricity but roaring fire to keep warm and a sauna if needed. Food was good. Scenery amazing! read less

Nous étions un peu en avance du coup nous avons eu la chance de préparer les traîneaux et les chiens. La ballade s'est super bien passée et nous avons pu apercevoir un élan dans la forêt.
Ensuite nous avons récompensé notre team avec des encas pour eux et pour nous petit thé ou café avec friandises autour d'un feu et des chiens. Nous avons également pu rencontrer les petits chiots de 3 semaines.. Adorables. read less

We had booked a Northern Lights Husky Dog Sled Tour but due to lack of snow in Lapland this year... read moreWe had booked a Northern Lights Husky Dog Sled Tour but due to lack of snow in Lapland this year this wasn't possible on our booked date. Husky Tours emailed us a few days before our booked date to let us know and to offer us an alternative of a Husky Dog Tour with carts which we could drive ourselves if we wanted to!
We stuck with our booking and had great fun driving a Husky pulled cart through the moonlit forest. It was an exhilarating ride which left us with big grins on our faces!
As well as the carting, we also got to water and feed the dogs and help unharness them after the circuits around the forest.
The Husky Tours crew were all very nice, welcoming and helpful. They all displayed their great knowledge and passion about the dogs. Instruction on how to drive the carts was clearly given
We finished off with fika around the open fire when we could ask anything we wanted about the huskies and how they are looked after.
I believe this is the only company in the area that will offer this alternative of using carts rather than sleds due to lack of snow. Don't let this put you off. It's a great experience and a whole lot of fun.
We didn't get to see the Northern Lights on this occasion but perhaps we only had ourselves to blame as we didn't ask Anna to do her Northern Lights dance for us! 😀 read less

I spent a week with Husky Tours in the wilderness as part of a Charity Challenge group, learning to drive and care for the dogs. Kent and Jordana run the family business and their young boys also get in on the act, the whole team were extremely welcoming and helpful and gave us an insight to a different, fantastic life in the wilderness. The dogs are well looked after and love to run. We were also well looked after with plenty hot food and drink plus a few wee treats. It is an amazing place to get out and experience the outdoor life with a very knowledgeable team. read less

Best trip 太棒啦！！！狗狗太可爱啦！！！狗狗很有精力好像一直跑都不会累，停下来休息的时候会哼哼唧唧撒娇一直蹭我心都化了呜呜呜呜呜T_T在雪橇上看到的风景也很棒，是我在Kiruna这几天见过最美的天空。旅途结束以后主人就给狗狗吃饭了，他们吃的很开心，感谢所有人和所有狗狗！！！

Thanks to great hosts Jordana, Kent, the 2 little boys and the friendly guides this trip was a once in a life time experience. The trails are magical and the dogs very well trained. These people run their business with passion for dogs and nature. I was able to see the northern lights which made this trip to wonderfull Lapland unforgettable. Wonderful dog sledding experience I must say it was one of the most wonderful experiences of my life riding the sled through dense snow... read moreI must say it was one of the most wonderful experiences of my life riding the sled through dense snow and an amazing 360 degree view of nature. A stop over in the middle of the journey at the ‘TP’ with an amazing hot coffee served. The coffee was awesome! These people do a lot of hard-work to train and groom the dogs. So anyone must visit them. The best time to go is when it is snowing. read less

We had high expectations for the experience and it greatly surpassed them.
The guides where great, very nice and attentive. It was not just a ride but a whole experience. We travelled with Lisa and she was great but we had a great experience with all of the guides.
The dogs looked very happy and friendly, you could feel they were looked after.
Lastly, the organisation was nothing to leave unmentioned, we had a perfect experience from the booking.

Would recommend 100% and looking forward to repeating. read less
