Driving our own husky sleigh in the moonlight. The temperature got down to -32 degrees Celsius, but we were supplied with plenty of warm clothing. We were able to harness and feed the dogs too. The only downside (for some) is that you have to do more travelling to reach the location. We had fantastic weather with proper cold temperatures (below -20). The people and dogs were all fantastic, and I don't think you can find any better surroundings for day trips. The winter landscape shifted from narrow passages through forest and open expansions across lakes, disturbed only by our own tracks and wildlife. We were lucky enough to have clear skies and got to see a spectacular light show as aurora borealis graced us with her presence. We've already started planning for our return next year. read less

They provide everyone with proper winter overalls, gloves and shoes. One thing you might want to bring is some sort of ski-mask/face warmer in case it's really cold the day you go on this tour. We had around -11 Celsius so it was fine, but if it drops to -20 or colder you'll definitely feel it on your fade. read less

At the beginning we were a bit nervous about us handling the totally motivated dogs just waiting to run, but it was easier than expected. We really appreciated the Fika afterwards at the fireplace where we learned a lot about dogsledding in a familiar atmosphere.
We had an unforgettable day with super friendly people and great dogs!
